Made for iPhone: ReSound LiNX 3D

As a Made for iPhone hearing aid, LiNX 3D connects to your smartphone (and other devices), opening up awesome access to sound and technology. Through the Assist app for your iPhone (or Android), you may personalize and save your listening preferences by controlling settings, features, and volume. With your phone’s GPS function, the Assist app archives your preferences and automatically adjusts to your listening preferences when you return to saved locations. Additionally, if you ever misplace your LiNX 3D hearing aids, Assist can locate them with a tracking function.

In line with ReSound’s innovation, LiNX 3D offers wearers a host of exciting features that simulate natural binaural hearing and assist the brain in the listening process. Surround Sound, Spatial Sense, and Binaural Directionality II provide wearers with access to clear sound and clarity with speech, especially in challenging noise environments. With strategically placed directional microphones and an ultra-fast processing platform, LiNX 3D ensures that you don’t miss a sound.

With these features, LiNX 3D was found in an independent study to capture 80% more sounds in your environment, as well as assist you in recognizing speech 50% better in noisy environments, with 40% more accurate speech in noise. Additionally, LiNX 3D offers tinnitus therapy features to alleviate the “ringing of the ears.” LiNX3D treats mild to profound degrees of hearing loss and is available in the following styles: invisible-in-canal, receiver-in-canal, and behind-the-ear.
